Landscape and Architectural Request Form:Exterior home improvements, such as replacing a roof, remodeling , landscaping or exterior building, any exterior painting (even to paint the same color!), pools, basketball goals, etc. are changes that MUST be approved by the Architectural Control Committee BEFORE ANY TYPE OF BUILDING/CHANGE TAKES PLACE. This approval process may take a few weeks, so plan ahead. Please refer to your copy of the Deed Restriction and Architectural Guidelines for different types of improvements. Requests can be submitted on the Crest Management homeowner portal
