Recreation Center:
Green Trails Estates owns the Recreation Center at Shillington Drive and Fry Road in which Windsor Park Estates partners through an operating agreement to use the facilities as a resident. It consists of an Olympic-size swimming pool, totally refinished in the summer of 2000, and two tennis courts, recently refinished. Use of these facilities is allowed to all Windsor Park Estates residents in good standing who have paid their annual maintenance fee. To receive your access card, please email the Crest Management Community Manager . There is a $25 charge for a lost or stolen access card.
Only residents who have been issued Pool/Tennis Court Access Cards are admitted into the pool and allowed to use the tennis courts.
The pool normally opens the first full weekend in May and is open Saturday and Sunday until school is out.

Parties at the pool are always fun and we know you'll follow the rules for scheduling parties:
1. Only Windsor Park Estates residents with valid pool tags can use the pool for parties.
2. There is a charge for use of the facilities after hours or on closed days. The check should be made out to Windsor Park Estates HOA and mailed with the signed Recreation Center Contract to: Sterling ASI, One Avalon Place, Sugar Land, TX 77479. Their phone number is 281-491-0266.
3. Call Sterling to schedule the party! In cases of parties for 16 or more people, the homeowner must sign a recreational facility use contract prior to the party.
4. After calling Sterling, the homeowner must make arrangements with Greater Houston Pool Management (Phone: 713-771-7665 / Fax: 713-771-7946) to hire the lifeguard(s) needed for the party (usually 1 guard per 10 guests). It is recommended that two weeks notice be given to assure the availability of lifeguards. The homeowner is responsible for payment of lifeguard services.
5. Parties of 5 or less people may be given during regular pool hours. There is no facility charge nor is an extra lifeguard needed.
6. Parties of 6 to 15 people may be given during regular pool hours without a facility charge but an extra lifeguard must be hired to work the party along with the regular lifeguards.
7. Parties of 16 or more people must be scheduled during non-pool hours or on Mondays when the pool is normally closed. See Rule #2 for specifics needed for a party of this size.
8. Windsor Park Estates each have the option to close the pool on one Sunday afternoon each pool season for a private subdivision party if so desired. Plans for this must be made through Sterling (see Rule #2) and extra lifeguards must be hired.
