Trash Service - Update
Please do not put any trash out before Tuesday or Friday, day before pick up.

4/1/20 - Coronavirus Update
In response to the continuing effects of the Coronavirus and in observance of our employee's safety, we are asking that all waste be placed in plastic bags and tied off to avoid any direct contact with the garbage.
In addition, we are asking that you be mindful of the volumes being placed curbside. With schools, offices, and restaurants all closed, this volume is now being generated in the home and placed curbside. In addition, the seasonal "spring cleaning" is in full effect, more so than ever with the additional free time on most people's hands. This has caused our service times to be extended or delayed in some areas. Taking this into consideration, we are asking the following to help us better serve you:
Garbage Tips:
- Bag all garbage. Avoid loose waste in your container.
- Minimize yard waste by starting a compost pile or leaving clippings on your lawn.
- Minimize pruning and trimming of tree limbs.
- If using a contractor to maintain your yard or trim trees, have them haul away the green waste.
- Minimize bulk waste to the second collection day of the week.
Recycle Tips:
- Place loose in your cart or bin.
- If anyone in your household is exhibiting any symptoms of any illness, temporarily bag and dispose of your recyclables in your trash.

Announcements:
SPRING
As Spring arrives to Windsor Park Estates the Homeowners Association would like to remind you of a few of our deed restrictions:
Any work that is done on the outside of your home, must have approval from the HOA. This includes placing outdoor furniture in the front of the home, exterior paint, door paint, replacing windows, landscape redesign, driveway gate additions, basketball goals, etc. The application may be found on the website. It should be filled out and sent to windsorparkhoa.architectural@gmail.com
Trash is only to be left at the curb the night before pickup, meaning Tuesday and Friday evening. If you miss trash pickup, please remove your refuse from the curb until the night before pickup. All trash cans must be put behind gates or a fence hidden out of sight. Best Trash, the trash service picking up the neighborhood trash, will pick up trash behind a gate as long as you make them aware of the location of your trash.
We are seeing more basketball goals go up in the neighborhood. As a reminder, deed restrictions state that goals are to be at least 15’ from the front building set back line and at least 8’ from any side lot line. There is to be no more than one basketball goal at any home.
Windsor Park Estates remains a lovely, desirable neighborhood through adherence to the deed restrictions in place. The HOA board appreciates your cooperation and support. If you have any questions, the board is here for you.
Deed Restrictions may be found online:
